No one regrets bringing Reiki into their life - it is like magic, providing much needed support and comfort in these testing times. A healing system, Reiki also promotes your personal and spiritual development. Our only resistance is usually our own mind and it’s fear of how our life might be positively changed.
Needless to say, this is usually an uplifting, inspiring, transformative and empowering day during which you will not only become attuned to the Reiki energy, but will also learn what Reiki is all about, the history of Reiki, the five Reiki principles and how to channel Reiki to yourself, friends and family and even pets and plants.
The session also has an experiential element to it including self-enquiry as we journey through the chakras, biodynamic exercises (sitting in chair or on the floor) and a guided chakra balancing relaxation to prepare you for the attunement.
You will have the opportunity to learn various grounding, protection, centring and cleansing techniques, feel auras, give yourself Reiki and give and receive Reiki to/from the other attendees (in a group, not on your own!) so that may leave feeling confident practising Reiki on yourself as well as on friends, family, pets, plants etc.
Please note that Reiki is a spiritual practice and the benefit comes from practising - you cannot experience the benefits of Reiki by merely reading about it or intellectualising. Thus no prior knowledge or experience is required, you will learn all you need to know on the course to enable you to begin your Reiki practice and allow Reiki to enhance your life in ways you would never have previously imagined.

LOCATION: The session is being held at Cobo Community Centre (upstairs).
COST: The cost is £215 including a non-refundable or transferable deposit of £60, which is required to secure your place. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the session. A monthly payment plan can be put in place to spread the cost of the attunement over many months - please email Emma to discuss.
INCLUDED: In addition to the Reiki attunement, you will also receive a practice manual and certificate to take home. Herbal teas, fruit, snacks and water will be provided.
BRING: Please bring a vegetarian packed lunch and any specific drinks and snacks. Please also bring a blanket if needed for the relaxation. Also bring an open heart and mind!
