A Reiju Empowerment is very similar to the attunement, in that it helps to deepen your connection to the Reiki source, raising your vibration and supporting your ongoing personal and spiritual development and healing in the process. It is, however, gentler and you do not go through a 21 day cleanse.

We will start with an inner enquiry, which can be enjoyed lying or sitting, before practising the chakra balancing biodynamic exercises and enjoying a guided chakra balancing relaxation.

The Reiju Empowerment will follow, before a short Gassho meditation and oracle cards.

You are likely to leave feeling a greater connection to yourself and to Reiki; calmer, centred, lighter, clearer and empowered - a true gift to the Self and a great way to pick yourself up before the end of the year.
