Ungrounded

Losing our grounding can be very disorientating and unnerving; we can feel as if the rug has been pulled from under our feet. We should try to do all we can to keep coming into the body, through a daily yoga practice, even five minutes can be helpful, to breathe and feel the tightness and spaciousness in the body, and the points of connection between the body and the earth.

We offer these suggestions based on our own experience and understanding, but what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. So please always work with your own intuition, keep checking in and doing what feels right for you on your path to better health.

Other things to try

Daily yoga practice, even five minutes can be helpful.
Conscious breathing can also help, so too a regular yoga nidra practice, especially the one that seeks to balance the chakras.
Ayurveda can absolutely help - find out more here
